Precision Teaching, developed by Dr. Ogden Lindsley, is a research-based timed procedure that develops fluency of basic skills. The goal of this systematic technique is for students to reach a level of proficiency at which a skill becomes easy to perform. This beneficial tool monitors student performance and assists the teacher in making effective decisions about student learning. Participants will be expected to implement this program, as well as participate in follow up activities.
